I have just heard of this story, and wanted to offer my sincere condolences to the family. After reading several of the messages, I can tell Nicole was truly a special person. May God bless you and your family and keep you strong in spirit.

I didn't know you but my heart goes out to you. You look identical to a girl I went to high school with and was my very best friend for a long time. Don't exactly know what happened, but I miss her and ironically, she sent me this email. God bless your family in their time of sorry. I know they will miss you as I miss Barbara (Your look-a-like).

As a scientist, I respect you rwork and Ifeel that you would not have approved of others exploiting your death and using hysteria to berate science. Your memoryahs been used a part of an urban legend concerning the birth control pill, spreading misleading statements about the science of birth control p.ills. I hope your family is able to stop the gossip and innuendo surrounding your untimely death

I send to you the family and friends my heartfelt regret that you had to experience something like this. I was recently diagnose with cervical cancer and was given a chest port to be able to have my chemo, and a week later, I developed a 50cent size blood clot in my neck. I know this is not similar to what your love one experienced. But I will make sure to pass this along to all that I know and don't know to have the word out. Do not change what God has enable our body to do for a reason. My Prayers to each of you, and may the comfort from the lord Jesus Christ, hold you and guide you each second of the day.....as the healing begins in each of your lives...... When I read this story, it really shoook me. She was only two years younger than I am and I have 3 smaill children, of my own. I can only imagine how this has caused so much pain for her family. For years now researchers, doctors and others have been asking that we learn more about strokes and heart disease so that we can prevent them. More and more I am seeing women my age suffer from these diseases. My heart goes out to the family. God be with you!
