To Mrs. Bradley, Bobby, Pat, Janet, Jim & Joe: I was so sad to hear about your loss. My sympathies to you and your families. Mr. Bradley was a lovely man and I know will be greatly missed. May you remember each day all the "beauty full" memories and love your husband/dad gave to you. May you find peace and comfort in God's love. I am sending a big hug to each of you from across the miles. Take good care of each other.

I have so many wonderful memories of Bob, seeing him at Shirl's enjoying a martini or at 4th of July just drinking beer and having a good day.. Also bein a wonderful husband to Ellie and a devoted father to his children and grandchildren..

Eleanor and family:
I found great comfort in the following words which I'd heard at the passing of one my loved one's.
I hope they do the same for you.

"Death is nothing at all — I have only slipped away into the next room.
Whatever we were to each other, we are still. Call me by my old familiar name, speak to me in the easy way which you always used to, Laugh as you always laughed at the little jokes we enjoyed together, play, smile, think of me, pray for me. Let my name be the household word that it always was. Let it be spoken without effort. Life means all that it ever meant. It is the same as it ever was; There is absolutely unbroken continuity. Why should I be out of your mind because I am out of your sight? I'm but waiting for you for an interval, somewhere very near just around the corner. All is well. Nothing is past, nothing is lost. One brief moment and all will be as it was before, better, infinitely happier and forever — we will be together."

With deepest sympathy

What moves through us is a silence, a quiet sadness, a longing for one more day, one more word, one more touch, we may not understand why you left this earth so soon, or why you left before we were ready to say good-bye, but little by little, we begin to remember not just that you died, but that you lived. And that your life gave us memories too beautiful to forget...

Mr. Bradley always had a kind word and a great smile. I know your wonderful memories will be a great comfort to you during this time of loss. I will keep your family in my prayers.

With Sympathy and love,

Joseph,James and family,
I am sorry I was not able to attend your father's wake. It was impossible for me to make it to North Jersey this afternoon. I want you to know that you are in my thoughts and prayers. I always thought alot of the both of you, not only as good firefighters, but as good sons and fathers. You both emulated your father. Your dad was always kind to me and always went out of his way to say hello, I know he commanded much respect and admiration from many people as he did from me. I know he will be greatly missed by all of you. Please extend my deepest sympathies to your mother, sisters and brother.

sincerely,
